Marketing analytics can sometimes be a bit overwhelming with so many things to keep track off how can you tell which ones are important to your business. These are 3 that you should focus on. Conversion, the more views your website has the better. Any kind of conversation like micro conversation which include subscribing to blog post’s. Keeping track of conversation can tell you the actions people take before becoming customers. The 2nd one is engagement. This can serve as a way to better measure social media analytics. Engagement refers to number likes or shares a post receives on social media. People who engage with brand ideas are more likely to become customers. The final one is click through rate; this involves creating awareness for those who do not know of your products awareness. A low click through rate can either mean the target audience is not specific or the offer is not strong enough. (Dickey, 2017)
